Why do some store items have a black pattern border and other items have a red pattern border?

Black symbolizes the item is available for purchase and red symbolizes the item is no longer available for purchase..

Do “EXTINCT” items get restocked?

No, once an item has gone extinct it remains no longer avaiable for purchase. A new color way with the same design is always a possibility as a future release.

Can I trade in my purchased store item or return it for a refund?

I do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information during checkout prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, and e-mail.

What if I entered the incorrect shipping info can I fix it or cancel my order?

I do not take any responsibility for incorrect shipping info provided during checkout and after the order has been shipped. If in the event you would like to change the shipping info please contact me as soon as possible prior to your shipment being mailed out so it can be updated.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the "track" button to get shipment details. 


When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 10 business days for delivery. I do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact me and I’ll do my best to track your order for you.

What shipping service do you use?

Most store items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. In the event the item exceeds a weight requirement the item will then be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time I currently do not offer worldwide shipping outside of the US.

What payment options do you accept?

Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Paypal payments are the only acceptable payment options at this time on LongNeck4Life.com.

Why does my billing and shipping address have to match?

I require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

What do I do if the item’s packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging is just a protection against damage. I cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging.
